Yamaha Acoustic Guitar FG-800 / FG 800 / FG800 There’s even more to love about this newest installment in the Yamaha FG series, the Yamaha FG800 acoustic guitar. But new scalloped bracing gives this acoustic an even bigger low end and better projection for live and recording applications. Body back and sides made from nato wood (eastern mahogany) and okume give the FG800 its warm tone and professional looks, while the satin-finished slim neck with rounded fret edges give it comfortable playability.

From Yamaha comes the exquisite FG800 series of acoustic guitars that have been developed from extensive research and designed to bring the latest technology Yamaha has to offer with the unique characteristics of the legendary range of instruments. With a newly designed scalloped bracing pattern to increase the guitars volume, projection, and tone, and constructed from Solid Spruce and Nato to produce a warm, soft tone, the FG800 is truly a beautifully crafted guitar.

Yamaha’s standard acoustic model, with simple and traditional looks and outstanding quality, at an affordable price. A solid-top guitar with authentic sound that is well balanced without sacrificing its robust strength, thanks to the newly developed scalloped bracing design. In addition to warmer and stronger sound thanks to the mahogany back and sides, the body binding and fingerboard binding are cream plastic, for an upgraded look.

There’s even more to love about this FG830, Yamaha’s recent installment in their hugely popular FG series of acoustic guitars. Back is the comfortable dreadnought body style and solid spruce top that players loved in the FG730, but new scalloped bracing gives this acoustic an even bigger low end and better projection for live and recording applications. The body’s back and sides are made from rosewood to give the FG830 its powerful tone and warmth. And the satin-finished slim neck with rounded fret edges gives the Yamaha FG830 smooth playability.
