JBL 8138 Overview
The 8138 from JBL is a full-range in-ceiling loudspeaker. The stylish design fits into virtually any decor, while the 8" dual-cone driver provides a wide frequency response with a high sensitivity for maximum sound levels. The speaker has a 6W transformer for use on 70/100V distributed speaker lines, and has 4 mounting points for backcan installation. It is designed to be used with the MTC-81BB8 backcan and MTC-81TB8 tile bridge.
