The AAX Medium Rides feature a smaller, raw bell, that produces excellent stick sound and control, but also increases it’s crash-ability. The slightly thinner than normal weight, along with the larger-rounder hammer peen, adds darkness and complexity to the overall bright tone of the cymbal.
